Business automation
I help teams examine repetitive work, connect the tools they already use, and decide where AI can support the process.
Business automation works best when the workflow is understood first. Some tasks need predictable rules and integrations; others need AI to interpret language or help with decisions. Both need clear ownership when something goes wrong.
Discuss on WhatsAppFind a useful starting point
Look for repeated handoffs, manual copying between tools, unanswered enquiries, or information that arrives in an inconsistent format. The best starting point is a task that can be described and evaluated clearly.
We can discuss what triggers the workflow, which tools hold the information, and how the result reaches the right person. That helps distinguish a useful automation from another system the team must maintain.
Fit the existing operation
My approach brings together workflow mapping, APIs, webhooks, AI-assisted development, and implementation review. A proposed scope may include assessing a process, prototyping a connection, or helping a team adopt a suitable AI workflow.
- Document inputs, actions, ownership, and exceptions.
- Check access to the existing systems before choosing a tool.
- Separate repeatable rules from tasks that need interpretation.
- Define review, failure handling, and a way to measure usefulness.
Work that informs it
As CTO and AI specialist at Progbiz, I lead AI-related work across creative production, QA, development, products, and voice agents. The MyG engagement includes customer feedback, HR automation, recruitment calls, and interview-related workflows.
My speaking, training, and consultation experience includes SPACE 7.0 at Samagra Learning, alumni AI training for Don Bosco College and Farook College, and workshops for Kirali TMT. Workflow changes and measurable project outcomes are still being documented.

Does every task need AI?
No. A clear rule or a straightforward integration may be enough. AI is worth assessing where language, varied inputs, or contextual interpretation are part of the task.
What results can I expect?
Results depend on the workflow, data quality, integration access, and adoption. I do not promise a fixed time saving or revenue increase. We should agree how to evaluate the proposed change before implementation.
Can training be included?
Training and organisational adoption are among my capabilities. We can discuss your team’s current work and agree a relevant scope alongside any implementation enquiry.
